Program Objectives
My Care TEAM (Trained Empathic Aware Motivated) is a school-Based T1D support initiative that equips schools to welcome and care for children living with Type-1 diabetes. To transform schools into safe, informed, and supportive environments for children living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), ensuring that every school day is a day where the child is understood, cared for, and empowered. By building awareness, strengthening skills and supplying practical tools, we ensure every child’s day is safe, understood and fully supported.
